Fridays until 3 PM
We don’t run on leftover focus. On Fridays, we finish two hours earlier to ease into the weekend and rest properly.

Our recruitment process
How we get to know each other.
Being sure it's a good fit takes a few good conversations. Here's our way for both sides to make a good decision.

Reviewing your application.
We review your CV / portfolio and check whether your experience, projects, and how you present them are fitting for the role we're recruiting for.
- 02
Intro call.
If we see a potential match - Ola, our HR Specialist - will give you a phone call. It will be a brief conversation during which Ola will tell you more about the role and the team and ask a few questions to get to know you better.
- 03
Online meeting.
At this stage, you’ll meet online with the person you’ll be working most closely with. You’ll have a more in-depth conversation about your experience and skills, as well as what both sides expect from working together.

In-person meeting.
We'll meet at our office for the final conversation as part of the hiring process. We'll sit down around the one table to really get to know each other and make sure that each of us has enough information to make the right decision.
After every stage you will hear back from us - regardless of the outcome.
